The Role at a glance We are looking to add an enthusiastic, friendly event server to our Constellation team at the California Academy of Science in San Francisco, CA. As an event server, you will have the opportunity to engage a diverse clientele across a variety of events.
What you'll be doing
Greeting customers, explaining menu items, taking and delivering orders, and continuing with follow-up items.
Ensuring that service follows health code regulations.
Basic customer service interactions.
What we're looking for Must-haves
Excellent communication and organization skills.
Excellent attention to detail and service knowledge.
Nice-to-haves
At least one year of foodservice experience in a catering or restaurant setting.
Compensation $25 an hour.
