Description
Own all outbound campaigns end-to-end - manage targeting and segmentation, messaging, creative, measurement, and reporting.
Refine processes - ranging from timelines and workback schedules, audience targeting, asset design and copy, finalizing launch plans, and reporting.
Drive performance marketing goals across outbound marketing channels; email, SMS, notifications.
Implement and monitor A/B and multivariate tests to optimize traffic, leads, conversions and other performance marketing metrics.
Build long-term marketing channel efficiency by creating, implementing, tracking, analyzing and optimizing campaigns.
Serve as a subject matter expert for outbound marketing and communicate plans and progress to marketing team.
Partner with a variety of stakeholders across product, PR, legal, sales, creative, analytics to drive business outcomes.
Help build processes for repeatability and scalability of campaigns by developing guides and templates for best practices.
Day to Day
A lot of outbound communication that they will be building and communicating with marketing teams
Partnering with other marketing teams (internal and external) to set the editorial calendar from email
Setting a work back schedule to plan for all inputs needed to execute the email
Managing creative requests/ approvals that are needed for campaigns
Building out the segments in Bullseye
Include URL’s/intakes, gathering inputs and gathering accordingly
Maintain a high bar that once campaigns are sent, they send successfully, and meet outbound best practices and quality bar
Once campaigns have been sent, report and analyze on campaign performance
Report back to stakeholders on how the campaign did
Stakeholders’ communication with internal marketing team (legal, product, some engineering, and business analytics team)
A lot of legal day to day coordination
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or other relevant field of study
3+ years of experience in a high-tech B2B marketing role.
3+ years leading campaigns for traffic generation and lead acquisition
3+ years of leading marketing data analytics and A/B testing strategy
Have strong ownership and willingness to roll up one's sleeves and get work done.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously
Outbound marketing experience with a focus on email
Self-starter with a bias for action; can make things happen in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
