The Agency Launch bonus is paid once the candidate launches a fully compliant AAA-branded agency: $20,000 Marketing Reimbursement

Paid to Agency Owner: $20,000 ($5,000 per quarter) First 36 months – measured on a quarterly basis Starts in year 3 (month 25) Strong Support Throughout the Process

The EA model provides a solid foundation with thoughtful candidate selection, interview process, and agency location placement. You will receive assistance on successfully launching and developing your agency into a sustainable and profitable business year over year. Onboarding includes a detailed deployment plan to ensure AAA protocol compliance, along with mixed in-person and virtual training. Resources cover growing the business, hiring licensed staff, managing finances, developing a business plan, and access to a network of experienced EAs and business experts. This opportunity is for self-motivated, results-driven individuals interested in building a profitable, multi-line insurance agency. You’ll bring business or industry-relevant experience and must have sufficient capital to deliver the service AAA—and our members—expect. You’ll own and grow an insurance agency that serves new and prospective AAA Members, selling property and casualty, life insurance, AAA memberships, and related products to a defined client base. Agency Owner Requirements

Property & Casualty and Life & Health Insurance Licensing (preferred but not required): If not licensed, you must be willing to obtain at candidate's expense Review and completion of the Business Plan/Cash flow analysis (AAA provides assistance throughout this process) Learning & Development requirements: 4-week 100% virtual training/live instructor class AAA branded office: must be approved office space 75K investable capital – proof of funds available for investment into your own business (seasoned for 60 days) Must pass background check (criminal history and credit/financial) 2 licensed staff Products include

AAA Membership – programs for autos, bicycles, RVs and motorcycles; access to trusted roadside assistance and savings opportunities Property and casualty insurance – Auto, Home, Renters, Umbrella, Flood, RV, Boat, Motorcycle, and Commercial Lines (varies by state; brokered products available from multiple carriers) Life Insurance – Term, Universal Life, Whole Life and Annuities Seniorities and Employment
