As part of Eaton's Operating For Growth transformation, we are seeking a highly motivated expert contributor to join our Manufacturing Execution System (MES) implementation as MES Process Owner. The role will help map current status, design and drive implementation of a global standard best‑in‑class manufacturing process across the Enterprise. Eaton will deploy a common, scalable MES system across the enterprise focusing initially on roughly 50 sites (with an 80/20 focus on site priority). The system will drive end‑to‑end digital strategy, improve decision making using real‑time data, and eliminate hidden factories, heavy manual work, and dependency on tribal knowledge to achieve manufacturing excellence.

This is a remote role from within the United States.

The expected annual salary range for this role is $123,750.00 - $181,500.00 a year. This position is also eligible for a variable incentive program.

Please note the salary information shown above is a general guideline only. Salaries are based on candidate skills, experience, and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.

What You’ll Do The MES Process Owner will be responsible for defining future process steps, associated information flow, and roles and responsibilities; for assessing site readiness for implementation; and for creating an executable, time‑based roadmap to ensure a strong linkage between all 11 MES capabilities and each business’s needs based on manufacturing archetypes (e.g., MTS, MTO, CTO, ETO). The role will collaborate closely with SCM, Operations, IT, and site teams to ensure necessary organizational skills are in place and will work with site business teams on all organizational changes, focusing on achieving and maintaining data harmonization across all sites for long‑term consistency and accuracy.

Act as process lead for MES data integrity working with all other MES Process Owners, IT, MES Business Leaders, and data stewards across regions and businesses; oversee risks, data governance initiatives, and continuous improvement.

Represent MES in the Global Data Governance Office, ensuring data standardization, refining data quality, documenting and governing data collection policies with MES Business Leaders and other Process Owners.

Partner with MES Business Leaders and data stewards to understand data pain points, troubleshoot complex data issues, and propose long‑term solutions for maximum global data standardization.

Develop playbooks, best practices, and lessons learned to drive smooth process implementation across the enterprise.
