Senior Creative Motion Designer .
We’re looking for a highly talented designer to create high quality and high quantity of motion graphics video ads that capture audiences quickly. The role reports to the Senior Creative Producer and collaborates with marketing, product and development teams.
Responsibilities
Develop visually stunning and engaging user acquisition motion graphics for various digital platforms.
Create high-quality videos leveraging AI for faster ideation and throughput.
Handle multiple projects simultaneously and proactively seek feedback throughout the creative process to ensure quality and consistency.
Build relationships and collaborate with cross‑functional partners to bring engaging product‑relevant narratives to life.
Concept original creatives with limited assets or direction.
Stay up‑to‑date with industry trends and best practices in design.
Provide creative input and feedback to other team members.
Maintain a high level of attention to detail and quality control throughout the design process.
Design and produce assets when needed—such as display ads, screenshots, icons, and logos.
Qualifications
5‑7+ years relevant motion graphics video production with Adobe After Effects.
Experience using AI tools to create high-quality visuals at faster output.
Bachelor’s degree in design, communications, or equivalent experience.
Strong background in typography, layout, and color theory.
Advanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, including After Effects, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
Understanding or interest in consumer‑facing ad experiences on iOS and Google Play platforms.
Takes ownership of a project from concept to completion.
Self‑starter with a team‑first attitude.
Strong web portfolio of video and graphic design with exceptional visual communication.
2+ years graphic design experience.
Preferred: Traditional drawing or painting skills.
Preferred: Experience with 3D motion graphics software such as Cinema 4D or Blender.
