Overview: Our client is seeking a

Business Intelligence Developer

to design and develop interactive reports and dashboards using Power BI for clients throughout the project lifecycle. This role will collaborate closely with both clients and internal teams to support project goals and ensure each implementation is a success. The position requires strong technical, analytical, and communication skills to transform complex business requirements into actionable insights.

Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain interactive Power BI reports, dashboards, and KPIs that effectively communicate complex data insights. Translate business requirements into technical specifications and implement robust, scalable BI solutions. Build and manage data models, perform ETL processes, and connect to various data sources for analysis. Develop advanced calculations using DAX (Data Analysis Expressions) for sophisticated reporting and analytics. Implement and manage row-level security and ensure compliance with data integrity standards. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, developers, and client stakeholders, to define requirements and deliver results. Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize Power BI reports and data pipelines to ensure optimal performance. Provide training, documentation, and ongoing support to users and clients. Perform all other duties as assigned. Qualifications: Education & Experience:

Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Business, Computer Science, MIS, or related field from an accredited program; or High School Diploma with a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience. Technical Skills:

Power BI:

Proficiency in Power BI Desktop for report and dashboard development. DAX:

Expertise in writing Data Analysis Expressions for advanced calculations. SQL:

Strong knowledge of SQL for data extraction, transformation, and manipulation. Analytical Skills:

Strong analytical thinking with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and create meaningful visualizations. Proactive problem-solving approach to data challenges and solution delivery. Soft Skills:
