Senior Software Engineers - Technical Lead | Design Authority FIS Management Services, LLC seeks Senior Software Engineers – Technical Lead | Design Authority in Jacksonville, FL to develop and maintain quality standards and policies relating to development efforts for the Robotics Process Automation (RPA) team.

Key responsibilities include:

Consult as Design Authority for migration of BOT processes from T Rowe Price client to FIS, transforming BOT from front‑end navigation to API/OmniScript.

Design, develop and configure RPA BOTs to automate specific business processes using iAutomate, Bigeye, BluePrism, PowerShell, SQL/Oracle, JavaScript, etc.

Review code delivery of all developers before moving to testing phase.

Document best‑practice standards for PII management, logging, and operators; create Process Design Documents (PDD) and Solution Design Documents (SDD).

Lead teams on large‑scale automation projects using Agile – Scrum and Kanban methodologies.

Assist in hiring junior developers and conduct knowledge‑sharing sessions.

Maintain automation platforms, including BluePrism upgrades, CICD pipelines with GitLab, and cloud infrastructure on AWS and Azure.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science or related field; Master’s acceptable with 3 years experience.

At least 5 years of experience designing, developing, deploying, and maintaining complex RPA BOT processes and .NET applications in the fintech industry.

Experience with iAutomate, BluePrism, OmniScript, BluePrism outbound API integration, CICD pipelines, PowerShell, SQL/Oracle, JavaScript, .NET framework, and VB.NET.

Strong knowledge of automation best‑practice, documentation (PDD, SDD), and regulatory compliance.

Proficiency in Agile – Scrum and Kanban; tools such as JIRA, RALLY, and ServiceNow.

Location & Employment:

Full‑time, Jacksonville, FL. Telecommuting may be permitted according to company policy.
