This co‑op role can anticipate working 15–25 hours per week (primary hours between 7:00 AM–5:00 PM) with flexibility to work around your school schedule.

What You Will Do

Design, architect, and build or modify code

Build automated unit tests

Integrate applications and processes together to streamline our businesses

Apply critical thinking to solve problems across complex and distributed systems

Work with AWS & APIs to deliver creative, sustainable solutions

Provide technical alternatives to address business needs

Collaborate as part of a team across multiple IT disciplines

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

Currently enrolled in a degree or certificate program related to Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, Management Information Systems, or a related IT field

Eligible for full-time employment by August 2027

Currently residing in Wichita, KS or the surrounding area

Legal authorization to work permanently in the United States without requiring a visa transfer or sponsorship

Initiative, natural curiosity, strong communication skills, and an aptitude for fast‑paced learning

What Will Put You Ahead

Prior software engineering, developer, or IT experience

Entry‑level experience or training with one or more of the following languages and frameworks: Typescript, JavaScript, Python, Java, C/C++, React.js, Node.js, or other common languages and frameworks
