ERP and Business Systems Analyst Hampel Corp.

The ERP & Business Systems Analyst is responsible for overseeing the implementation, optimization, and ongoing management of Hampel’s Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system, DelmiaWorks IQMS. This role ensures that the ERP platform aligns with business goals, supports cross‑functional processes, and enhances organizational efficiency across multiple manufacturing facilities. The analyst will lead ERP‑related projects, collaborate with stakeholders, and provide both strategic direction and hands‑on support in system configuration, data management, reporting, integration, testing, and user adoption. This position serves as a liaison between business users and technical teams, ensuring ERP solutions meet operational requirements while driving efficiency and continuous improvement. Some travel to support additional facilities may be required.

Responsibilities

Manage daily operations of the ERP system, including configuration, upgrades, troubleshooting, and performance monitoring.

Configure, maintain, and support DelmiaWorks IQMS modules across manufacturing, accounting, costing, job costing, and supply chain.

Partner with departments to align ERP functionality with evolving business needs and cross‑train to support all IQMS applications.

Lead ERP implementation, customization, and integration with other business applications across multiple sites.

Coordinate with IT and vendors to deploy new modules, support EDI onboarding for customers and vendors, and ensure seamless rollouts.

Respond to user issues with urgency; gather requirements, analyze workflows, and identify ERP‑driven solutions to enhance efficiency.

Ensure accuracy, security, and integrity of ERP data, while supporting data models, testing scenarios, and change management initiatives.

Develop, maintain, and troubleshoot dashboards and reports using SQL, Crystal Reports, Excel, and BI tools (Power BI preferred).

Prepare documents for projects including functional/technical specifications, process documentation, issue logs, and summaries.

Provide user training, refresher courses, and ongoing support to improve ERP adoption and system utilization.

Lead ERP‑related projects, including scope, budget, schedules, and risk management, while communicating status to leadership.

Collaborate across departments to deliver technology solutions that improve operations and support decision making.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business, Engineering, IT, or related field.

3+ years of ERP system experience (DelmiaWorks IQMS strongly preferred).

3+ years of business analysis and project management experience.

Strong understanding of manufacturing operations, workflows, and process flows.

Functional knowledge of IQMS modules including Manufacturing, Accounting and Costing.

Proficiency in SQL, Crystal Reports, Excel, and reporting/BI tools (Power BI is a plus).

Demonstrated experience in ERP implementations, software deployment, testing, and troubleshooting.

Excellent communication, leadership, documentation practices, and problem‑solving skills.

Willingness to travel as needed to support multiple facilities.
