Monday-Friday 8‑hour shifts varying between 7am and 5pm

Summary As a Clinical Leader in Practices, your strong ability to lead and guide others serves as a valuable resource for staff and facilitates patient care.

Responsibilities

Lead physicians, practice managers, and clinical leaders to run day‑to‑day functions, resolve issues, and serve as the clinical resource for LPN, MOA, and clerical staff. Ensure staff rounds on patients, consistently uses AIDET, recognizes staff, coaches performance, and participates in staff selection and interview processes.

Work closely with triad leadership to achieve patient satisfaction, employee satisfaction, financial growth, and quality goals aligned with organizational objectives.

Resolve issues or concerns during rounding; follow up with lead physician and nurse manager; identify all high‑risk patients and ensure current care plans.

Required Qualifications

Associate’s degree in Nursing.

Current New York State Registered Nurse license.

Preferred Qualifications

Minimum of 2 years RN experience.

Education AS: Nursing (Required)

Licenses / Certifications BLS – Basic Life Support (AHA); RN – Registered Nurse – New York State Education Department (NYSED)

Physical Requirements Medium work: Exerting 20 to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and/or 10 to 25 pounds of force frequently, and/or greater than negligible up to 10 pounds of force constantly. Requires frequent walking, standing, or squatting.

Pay Range $79,560.00 – $109,200.00
