Base Pay Range
$61.00/hr Position Overview
The Emergency Department Registered Nurse (RN) possesses a distinct body of knowledge and skills relative to the care of patients across the lifespan who are experiencing life‑threatening conditions requiring complex clinical assessment, technologically intense therapies, and interventions. The RN applies specialized nursing knowledge in assessing, implementing, and evaluating patient response to complex conditions, therapies, and interventions. The RN initiates nursing care, health teaching, and health counseling that supports life and restores well‑being. Key Responsibilities
Complies with ATC policies/procedures. Conducts individualized patient assessment, prioritizing data collection based on patient needs and condition. Collaborates with team members to develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans. Performs appropriate nursing interventions, treatments, and therapies, including hemodynamic monitoring and emergency measures per advanced resuscitation protocols. Provides patient and family teaching, documentation, and maintains confidentiality per HIPAA. Advocates patient rights and reports patient condition to appropriate personnel during each shift. Maintains competency in emergency care through continuing education and meets state‑specific requirements. Benefits

Graduate of an accredited Diploma, Associate, or Baccalaureate School of Nursing. Current and unrestricted RN nursing license in the state of practice. Minimum one year of RN experience in an Emergency Department within the last 3 years. Required Credentials
Current CPR at or above ACLS level; TNCC and/or PALS, as required by client facility. Other health and screening tests as required by specific facilities and regulatory agencies. Working Conditions
