About The Role In this role, you will support the store leadership team by performing functional tasks as assigned. You will act as a role model to employees to support selling behaviors and the execution of tasks in specific areas of expertise. You will lead processes, execute tasks, and maintain productivity to ensure goals are met. Through collaboration with your leadership team, you will role model and teach your team and drive behaviors to deliver a best-in-class customer experience. What Youll Do Consistently treat all customers and employees with respect and contribute to a positive work environment. Educate customers about our loyalty programs to promote loyalty. Lead by example to demonstrate the brand’s selling behaviors with every customer for an exceptional experience. Support the sales leader during non-peak hours, with the customer as the primary focus. Collaborate with the store leadership team to ensure work tasks are completed in a timely and efficient manner. Build and share product lifecycle expertise. Assist with opening and/or closing checklists and work completed before or after store hours, as needed. Leverage omni-channel to deliver a frictionless customer experience.
