In this role, you’ll be responsible for driving complex technical projects, mentoring junior developers, and ensuring high standards in software architecture, development, and delivery. You will be both a technical leader and people manager, blending strong coding knowledge with proven leadership skills to help shape the future of our intelligent systems and cloud-based infrastructure. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage a team of software engineers and data scientists working on AI/ML-driven applications and platforms. Provide technical guidance and hands‑on support in system design, code reviews, architecture decisions, and debugging. Manage the full software development lifecycle of complex, scalable, and cloud‑native systems. Work closely with product managers, data engineers, and stakeholders to deliver high‑impact solutions. Mentor junior engineers, promote a culture of technical excellence, and support career development within the team. Architect and implement solutions in Python, leveraging frameworks and tools across the AI/ML stack (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Hugging Face, etc.). Design and manage deployment pipelines and infrastructure in cloud environments such as AWS, Azure, or GCP. Drive the adoption of best practices in CI/CD, testing, performance optimization, and security. Stay updated with the latest in AI, NLP, and cloud technologies and evaluate new tools and frameworks for integration. Track and report on team performance, project progress, and technical KPIs. Required Qualifications: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field. 8–10 years of experience in software development, including senior/lead engineering roles. Strong proficiency in Python and one or more core languages (C++, Java, or similar). Proven experience designing and implementing AI/ML solutions, including deep learning, NLP, and data‑driven models. Hands‑on expertise with ML libraries/frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit‑learn, SpaCy, Hugging Face Transformers, etc. Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP), including containerization (Docker), orchestration (Kubernetes), and serverless technologies. Strong understanding of data pipelines, APIs, and distributed systems. Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor technical teams. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
