Health Net . Responsibilities

Gathers and validates business and technology requirements to establish scope, impact, outcome criteria, and metrics. Analyzes and verifies requirements for completeness, consistency, feasibility, and compliance with standards. Translates conceptual user requirements into functional specifications comprehensible to developers and the project team. Creates systems and business process models, specifications, diagrams, and charts to guide developers and the project team. Interprets user requirements into feasible options and communicates these to business stakeholders. Manages and tracks the status of requirements throughout the project lifecycle; updates as necessary. Communicates changes and enhancements of requirements to project managers, sponsors, and other stakeholders. Plans and coordinates user acceptance testing (UAT). Monitors IT services against service-level agreements (SLAs) with the business. Reviews existing requirement gathering processes and develops strategies to enhance these processes; quantifies efficiency opportunities and tracks progress. Maintains system protocols by writing and updating procedures; documents business requirements and potential solutions for system functionality and reporting needs. Provides user documentation, help desk support, and user training. Prepares technical reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends. Performs other duties as assigned and ensures compliance with policies and standards. Education/Experience

A Bachelor's degree in a quantitative or business field (e.g., statistics, mathematics, engineering, computer science) and 4 – 6 years of related experience, or equivalent experience gained through relevant knowledge and duties. Technical Skills

One or more of the following skills are desired: experience with data processing; knowledge of health care payer business functions and operations; knowledge of Agile Software Development and Software Development Life Cycle. Soft Skills

Intermediate - Seeks to acquire knowledge in area of specialty. Intermediate - Ability to identify basic problems and procedural irregularities, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Intermediate - Ability to work independently. Intermediate - Demonstrated analytical and project management skills. Intermediate - Demonstrates a high level of accuracy and good judgment and decision making under pressure. Pay and Benefits

Pay Range: $85,300.00 - $158,100.00 per year. Centene offers a comprehensive benefits package including competitive pay, health insurance, 401K and stock purchase plans, tuition reimbursement, paid time off and holidays, and flexible work arrangements. Actual pay will be adjusted based on skills, experience, education, and other factors. Benefits may be subject to eligibility. Equal Opportunity
