Job Summary
As a Client Executive, the role ideal for a strategic, consultative sales professional with a passion for building long-term client relationships, influencing cross-functional teams, and delivering measurable business outcomes. The Client Executive will play a pivotal role in representing Presidio’s Managed Services solutions to enterprise and commercial clients, while also contributing to broader business strategy and sales leadership initiatives. Sales and Business Development
Identify, qualify, and close new Managed Services business opportunities within assigned markets and territories. Lead the full sales lifecycle including prospecting, opportunity qualification, solution presentation, proposal development, negotiation, and close. Achieve or exceed assigned annual sales quotas and revenue growth targets. Maintain a disciplined and accurate sales forecast and pipeline within CRM systems. Client Engagement and Solution Expertise
Serve as a trusted advisor to clients by understanding their business challenges and aligning Presidio’s Managed Services portfolio to achieve strategic outcomes. Partner with Presidio’s technical, delivery, and operational teams to ensure seamless solution design, implementation, and client satisfaction. Demonstrate deep understanding of Presidio’s Managed Services offerings across Cloud, Infrastructure, Security, and End User Services. Cross-Functional Leadership
Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders across Sales, Engineering, Operations, and Marketing to execute regional go-to-market strategies. Act as a regional leader within the Managed Services Sales organization—coaching peers informally, sharing best practices, and helping shape future offerings and strategies. Participate in quarterly business reviews, pipeline reviews, and cross-departmental strategy sessions to help refine Presidio’s approach to Managed Services sales. Market and Account Strategy
Conduct strategic account planning to identify whitespace, new business opportunities, and client expansion potential. Build and maintain strong executive-level relationships within client organizations. Stay current on industry trends, competitor activities, and evolving customer demands to position Presidio as a market leader. Education and Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience). Minimum – years of progressive BB sales experience, ideally within IT Managed Services, Cloud, or Technology Solutions industries. Prior experience with enterprise-level managed services engagements or recurring revenue models. Familiarity with Presidio’s ecosystem of OEMs and cloud providers (Cisco, Dell, AWS, Microsoft, VMware, etc.). Proven success meeting or exceeding annual sales quotas with a focus on new business development. Strong understanding of modern infrastructure, multi-cloud architecture (AWS, Azure), cybersecurity, and digital transformation solutions. Exceptional communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills with both business and technical stakeholders. Strong business acumen, analytical thinking, and financial modeling capabilities. Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and influence without formal authority. Residency within the TOLA region (TX, OK, LA, AR) required; ability to travel as needed. Your future at Presidio
