We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced
Senior Technical Project Manager
to lead complex, cross-functional technology projects from initiation through delivery. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership, communication, and technical acumen to manage project scope, timelines, resources, and stakeholder expectations. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering enterprise-level solutions in fast-paced environments.
Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end project management for large-scale technical initiatives, ensuring alignment with business goals.
Develop detailed project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocations.
Collaborate with engineering, product, security, and business teams to define project scope and deliverables.
Identify and mitigate risks, resolve issues, and ensure project milestones are met.
Drive Agile/Scrum or Waterfall methodologies as appropriate for each project.
Communicate project status, risks, and dependencies to stakeholders and executive leadership.
Manage vendor relationships and third-party integrations when applicable.
Champion continuous improvement and best practices in project delivery and team collaboration.
Qualifications
7+ years of experience in technical project management, with at least 3 years in a senior or lead role.
Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC), cloud technologies, and enterprise IT systems.
Proven experience with Agile, Scrum, and/or Waterfall methodologies.
PMP, PMI-ACP, or equivalent certification strongly preferred.
Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a dynamic environment.
Experience working with cross-functional teams and managing stakeholder expectations.
Preferred Skills
Familiarity with tools like Jira, Confluence, MS Project, Smartsheet, or similar.
Experience in cybersecurity, data analytics, or infrastructure projects.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to influence and drive change across technical and non-technical teams.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or related field (Master’s preferred).
