Sr. Manager, Digital ERP Business Analyst - S4 HANA (REMOTE)
Join RTX Corporation’s Process & Systems Transformation (PST) Team to lead the migration to SAP’s S/4HANA. This remote role is responsible for delivering the program across the Blueprint, Build, Testing, and Cutover & Hypercare phases.
Responsibilities
Blueprint – Develop detailed process specifications, evaluate gaps, and make scope decisions based on best practices.
Build – Collaborate with an integrated team of external resources and internal RTX team members in the configuration and development of system capabilities.
Testing – Support the creation and execution of test scenarios and scripts; work with business leaders and testers to ensure proper functionality and defect resolution.
Cutover & Hypercare – Support successful migration from legacy systems to the new environment, enabling go‑live and sustaining business performance.
What You Will Do
Collaborate with business and digital team members to understand requirements and provide design and configuration guidance on S/4HANA usage.
Design and implement solutions that leverage S/4HANA, enhancing our Plan to Deliver processes in alignment with the RTX operating model and industry best practices.
Support creation of innovative solutions to support digital and business strategies.
Evaluate bolt‑on applications and provide recommendations based on functional requirements and industry best practices.
Assist data and process teams with data mapping and testing activities.
Document common solutions, including configuration documents, process flows, and data policies.
Deliver functional specifications for forms, reports, enhancements, conversion programs, integrations, and workflows within scope.
Mentor less experienced team members in specific business process areas.
Ensure RTX is positioned for future success across all functional areas.
Travel up to 30% domestically.
Qualifications You Must Have
Minimum 10+ years configuring and supporting SAP ERP, with a bachelor’s degree in STEM or equivalent experience.
Experience designing and configuring Aftermarket/MRO processes in SAP.
Experience with both MRO standard and custom solutions.
In‑depth knowledge of SAP S/4HANA, system configuration, data management, and reporting.
Qualifications We Prefer
Knowledge of MRO planning tools.
Spare parts planning, statistical forecasting, and consumption analytics.
Corrective/Preventive maintenance experience.
Manufacturing planning and execution, including Make to Stock and Make to Order.
Plant maintenance expertise.
Sales, inventory, and operations planning (e.g., Kinaxis, APO, IBP).
Experience with agile frameworks and iterative software development.
Ability to travel up to 30%.
