The
Assembly Technician
is responsible for the safe, efficient, and accurate assembly of customer devices according to established procedures and quality standards. This role requires attention to detail, strong mechanical aptitude, and a commitment to continuous improvement in production efficiency and product quality. Key Responsibilities
Follow all
safety protocols
and maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
Understand and execute the
assembly process
in accordance with detailed instructions, drawings, and specifications.
Gather all necessary
parts, tools, and materials
required for each assembly.
Use
hand and power tools
to assemble, fasten, and connect parts accurately.
Inspect parts and components throughout the assembly process to ensure
quality and defect-free production .
Conduct
testing
of assembled devices to verify proper operation and compliance with quality standards.
Perform
adjustments or repairs
as needed to meet quality requirements.
Maintain
accurate production and quality records , including time tracking and completion logs.
Support continuous improvement efforts by identifying opportunities to streamline processes,
reduce waste , and
increase productivity .
Properly
remove and dispose of packaging
and materials following company environmental and safety policies.
Qualifications & Skills
Experience in
assembly processes
and
quality control
within a production or technical environment.
Proven ability to contribute to
process improvement and efficiency initiatives .
Strong
mechanical aptitude
with experience using various
tools and testing equipment .
Attention to detail, manual dexterity, and the ability to follow precise instructions.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Basic computer skills and familiarity with production recordkeeping systems preferred.
