Role – Frontend Developer
Looking for a Frontend Developer with strong UI / UX experience. Do not share any candidate with lead experience. Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Web Design, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent work experience). 5 years of experience as a UI / UX Designer / Engineer with a strong portfolio showcasing expertise in web application design. Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar. Strong understanding of front-end development technologies (HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript) and their application in UI / UX design. Experience with responsive and adaptive design principles. Proven experience conducting user research and usability testing. Excellent communication skills and the ability to articulate design decisions and rationale to team members and stakeholders. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, agile environment. Knowledge of accessibility standards (e.g., WCAG) and best practices. Preferred Qualifications
Experience working in a SaaS, RegTech, or FinTech environment. Familiarity with front-end frameworks (e.g., React.js, Angular, Vue.js). Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and collaborative development workflows. Understanding of back-end technologies and API integration. Familiarity with compliance regulations and the ability to design user interfaces that are both engaging and compliant.
