Responsible for building and maintaining robust, scalable, and secure web applications. Works in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, collaborating with cross-functional teams to design and develop both front-end and back-end solutions. Primary responsibilities include designing, developing, and maintaining full-stack web applications using ReactJS for the front end and .NET for the back end, building and maintaining RESTful APIs to support web and desktop applications, participating in on-call rotations as necessary, participating in design reviews, and ensuring code quality, performance optimization, and security best practices in both front-end and back-end codebases.

Key Responsibilities

Software Engineer will design, develop, and maintain full-stack web applications using React JS for the frontend and .NET for the backend.

Build and maintain RESTful APIs to support web and desktop applications.

Participates in on-call rotations with the team as necessary.

Participate in design reviews and ensure best practices are followed in both frontend and backend development.

Ensure code quality, performance optimization, and security best practices in both frontend and backend codebases.

Requirements

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

5+ years of experience in software development, with a strong focus on front-end development.

Extensive experience with RESTful services and API design.

Proven experience in release management and the software development lifecycle.

Hands‑on professional experience with modern CSS techniques and frameworks.

Experience with performance testing of browser‑based applications.

Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development environment.

Understanding of cloud platforms and services (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).

Strong understanding of component‑based architecture using React JS, enhancing code quality with TypeScript, closures and asynchronous programming using JavaScript, and building scalable, server‑side applications using .NET.

Practical knowledge of CI/CD, Jenkins, and source code management tools such as Git and Bitbucket.

Proficiency in .NET and React JS.

Excellent problem‑solving skills and attention to detail.

Strong communication and collaboration skills.

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation that we reasonably, in good faith, believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
