In accordance with the Division, customers and international standards (ISO/IATF…), develop and maintain the plant’s integrated management system (IMS). Coordinate the internal audit planning and conduct internal audits (System, process, product). Utilize the Internal audit NCN tool, monitor and report progress in NCN closure, and analyze the internal audit results at least annually. Lead the management review process. Assure IATF 16949 adherence, internal audit NCN and NCN closure rate. Be responsible for document control in sites. Coordinate external audits and NCN closing. Support problem‑solving teams and continuous improvement initiatives. Be able to travel and support new plants and SILS. Lead issue resolution and problem‑solving both internally and with customers. Ensure robust process control and adherence to control plans. Key Responsibilities
Lead structured problem‑solving efforts using tools such as 8D, 5‑Why, and Fishbone. Ensure adherence to control plans and process standards on the production floor. Maintain and improve QMS documentation and processes. Plan, conduct, and follow up on internal audits; support external audits and certification processes. Train employees on QMS tools, standards, and document control procedures. Lead implementation and monitoring of IATF 16949 standards and support ISO certifications. Lead special assignments and quality initiatives as delegated. Qualifications
Technical High School diploma required; Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality, or Business Administration preferred. Minimum 5 years of experience in Quality Management, with at least 3 years in the automotive industry. Enhanced professional training in Quality Management preferred. Certified Lead Auditor in ISO 9001/IATF 16949. Strong analytical and organizational skills. Technical Competencies
Expertise in DFMEA, PFMEA, MSA, APQP, PPAP, SPC, GD&T. Deep understanding of IATF 16949/ISO/VDA requirements and auditing practices. Skilled in quality planning, problem‑solving, and maintaining quality certifications. Familiarity with customer‑specific requirements and project‑based quality deliverables. Able to travel among different sites in the US.
