Work Environment The work environment is a large manufacturing facility of nearly 500,000 square feet, specializing in sheet metal fabrication for shelving units. The facility is equipped with older machinery and can be noisy due to ongoing fabrication and manufacturing processes. Office spaces are located above the manufacturing floor to facilitate easy access to production lines. The role requires spending significant time on the floor, collaborating with production support and managing projects. The company offers a flexible work schedule, a casual dress code, and a supportive, laid‑back atmosphere. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Omaha, Nebraska.
Pay And Benefits The pay range for this position is $90,000.00 - $120,000.00/hr.
