Base Pay Range $33.00/hr - $56.00/hr

Compensation
Base hourly compensation: $33.00–$56.00
Production bonus based on performance (no upper limit)
Retention bonus of $1.25 per booked hour

Service Technician Responsibilities
Perform work specified on the repair order with efficiency and in accordance with dealership procedures.
Diagnose, maintain, and repair vehicle automotive systems including oil changes, belt and hose replacements, fluid exchanges, brakes, etc.
Perform safety inspections.
Test‑drive vehicles, test components and systems using diagnostic tools and special service equipment.
Communicate directly with the Service Advisor to inform customers of any additional service needed and provide an estimate of time required for additional repairs.
Execute repairs under warranty to manufacturer specifications.
Qualifications
Previous experience at an automotive dealership.
Strong understanding of the service drive.
Years of experience vary per position.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Dexterity, steady hand, excellent hand‑eye coordination.
Mechanical and troubleshooting skills.
Excellent customer service skills.
Basic computer competencies.
Positive, friendly attitude with a customer‑service mentality.
Enjoy working in a fast‑paced environment.
Team player who can collaborate with others effectively.
Ability to learn new technology, repair and service procedures and specifications.
Able to operate electronic diagnostic equipment.
Valid driver’s license and insurability by employer’s carrier.
Willing to submit to pre‑employment drug screen and background check.
