Base Salary for MAINTENANCE PLANNER $80+ plus Profit Sharing
Compensation is based on specific skills, experience and qualifications.
Responsibilities
Develop and maintain detailed maintenance schedules for preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance activities
Coordinate planned maintenance tasks with production schedules to minimize operational disruptions
Create, prioritize, and manage work orders in the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS)
Work closely with maintenance technicians, engineers, and production staff to address equipment reliability issues
Liaise with external contractors and vendors for specialized maintenance and repairs
Implement best practices and contribute to the development of maintenance policies and procedures Requirements
Minimum of 2 years of experience in maintenance planning in an industrial setting
Experience using SAP as ERP is considered a strong asset
Strong organizational abilities, prioritizing tasks to meet objectives within budget and time constraints
Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities
Knowledge of OSHA and other relevant safety standards
Knowledge of the corrugated industry is a definite asset
