We are looking for someone with a passion for problem solving. The ideal candidate is able to successfully oversee and support projects that are defined, created and launched in the most effective and results-focused way. This role will work closely with Designers, Motion Designers, Strategists, Producers and Creative Account Leads. This role will be dedicated to a client in the Online / App‑Based Gaming industry. Candidates with relevant experience will be prioritized. Bonus points if you have experience within the Sports Betting and Casino Gaming world. Responsibilities
Closely manage assigned projects on a day‑to‑day basis to drive deliverables, desired outcomes and remove barriers. Participate in project resourcing, facilitate project activities and manage stakeholders, both internal and external to the project and within the business function. Ensure the team is enabled and provided with what they need, while actively removing impediments. Coordinate project intake, triage, planning, execution and launch activities. Develop project‑management artifacts to ensure success for each project (e.g., schedules, cost estimates, scope of work, management dashboards, status reports, risk/issue management reports). Improve existing project‑management processes, including recommending, trialing and onboarding new software and tools, and rolling out processes to the Creative Services team. Identify areas of improvement based on business needs and goals. Qualifications
4–7 years of project management in an agency setting. Excellent knowledge of Project Management fundamentals. Understanding of Agile approach to project management and its importance in delivering results using a shorter feedback loop to manage risks effectively. Thorough knowledge of the Google suite and Asana, and the ability to utilize the tools creatively to support collaboration and minimize meetings for the sake of meetings. Tool familiarity such as Frame.io and Harvest Forecast is a plus. Ability to manage stakeholders to ensure deliverables are produced on time and do not affect downstream activities. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization, including executive and C‑level. Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects in parallel while maintaining the overall picture and setting realistic goals for the team. Ability to think independently, and challenge the status quo by proposing more effective ways of working and fostering a collaborative environment within the team. 4‑year college degree or equivalent work experience. Return to Office Policy
This role is subject to our Return to Office (RTO) policy. If you reside within a commutable distance of one of our office locations, you will be expected to work from the office a set number of days per week. The specific details, including the number of required office days, will be in accordance with the company’s current RTO policy, which is subject to change. Compensation
Monks has provided a compensation range that represents its good faith estimate of what Monks may pay for the position at the time of posting. Monks may ultimately pay more or less than the posted compensation range. The salary offered to the selected candidate will be determined based on job‑related factors, but not based on a candidate’s sex or any other protected status.
