Responsibilities
Perform SSA EXTRA Guest Service steps to ensure a memorable experience for every guest and client.
Support implementation of operational systems, processes and policies to meet organizational mission and business needs.
Assume a supportive and strategic role in upcoming season planning for food concepts, equipment needs and operational excellence.
Support department financial forecasts, information flow, and management, business processes, and organization planning.
Oversee food service training and orientation of all staff according to the onsite handbook and set expectations.
Ensure SSAfety training(s) completed with all staff upon hire.
Fulfill guest needs quickly and efficiently and resolve complaints effectively.
Maintain quality and facility cleanliness.
Document and discipline employees to promote better work performance, compliant with company policies and procedures.
Maintain a clean, safe and organized work environment for all employees and guests.
Provide day-to-day support for all food services and programs, focusing on front-of-house operations.
Facilitate maintenance and repairs of facility and equipment.
Maintain a close relationship with the client staff to ensure a positive working relationship.
Ensure overall consistency and high quality across operations; plan menus based on market trends, customer preferences, and nutritional considerations.
Manage vendor invoicing to ensure smooth communication and on-time payment.
Support management of all operational functions of the Food Department and payroll within established guidelines.
Schedule appropriate staff levels based on budget and business forecast.
Perform other tasks as deemed necessary.

Job Requirements
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, including the ability to articulate to client, general manager, and headquarters personnel.
Proven leadership skills and understanding of team building/development.
Exceptional problem solving and decision making skills, combined with organization.
Demonstrated financial management, merchandising, analytical, planning, and leadership skills.
Ability to remain flexible in a fast‑paced environment.
Basic office computer knowledge and skills.
Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 35 lbs.
Ability to work varied hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Previous Experience
Two years of operations management experience, with more years accepted as applicable.
ServSafe or Food Handling certification.
All education backgrounds eligible; must be 18 or older.
