Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) – Riverside Health & Rehabilitation
Join our nursing team! As a key member of our skilled nursing facility, you will work closely with the Director of Nursing to ensure high standards of patient care and provide a home‑like environment for residents.
Compensation & Benefits Salary Range:
$91,520 – $95,680 per year.
Sign‑On Bonus:
$20,000 with a two‑year commitment, valid through October 31, 2025.

Responsibilities
Collaborate with the Director of Nursing to ensure quality care and outstanding customer service for all patients and their families.
Create and maintain positive employee relationships among staff.
Work with the Director to attract, retain, and develop top talent, supervise nursing managers, and provide career coaching.
Qualifications & Requirements
Licensed RN in good standing with state licensing board.
Minimum 3 years of nursing experience; 1 year of long‑term care experience preferred.
1 year of supervisory experience preferred.
Dedication to lead a healthcare team and maintain positive employee relationships.
Reliable transportation required.
