FP&A Manager

FP&A Manager at DataAnnotation We are looking for a FP&A Manager to join our team to train AI models. You will measure the progress of AI chatbots, evaluate their logic, and solve problems to improve the model quality. In this role you must hold an expert level of financial reasoning. Related fields include financial accounting, investment banking, wealth management, and insurance planning.

Responsibilities

Give AI chatbots diverse and complex problems and evaluate their outputs

Evaluate the quality produced by AI models for correctness and performance

Qualifications

Fluency in English (native or bilingual level)

Detail‑oriented

Proficient in financial analysis, financial modeling, data analysis, and other finance‑related reasoning exercises

Master's or PhD in progress or completed (preferred but not required)
