Program Manager, Events
to cultivate and support profitable long-term partnerships with licensors and collaborators to ensure delivery of outstanding event experiences based on our portfolio of products and business goals. The ideal candidate will have experience with licensor management and critical communication, along with a highly attuned game quality sense. This role will be supporting the Event and Event Marketing teams with licensing programs across multiple titles to bring the best entertainment-licensed consumer products and experiences to our fans. In this key role, you will work with licensing teams, licensors both internally, externally and with cross-functional global teams. What You 27ll Do
Drive the Business and Partnership
- Manage day-to-day relationships with licensees including educating about upcoming events and event material review processes, seeing opportunities, problem-solving, marketing and all business reviews. Build and summarize performance reports while ensuring internal compliance with licensing activations and managing Event Team deliverable timelines. Cross-functional Leadership
- Work collaboratively to support Licensing/Franchise Program Managers by presenting event opportunities, leading the flow of licensing activations at events, representing Event Team partner communications, scheduling, and passing marketing information and opportunities to the Event Marketing team. - Be a liaison between internal and external partners, balancing the needs of each team. Work to accomplish multi-departmental goals within Wizards of the Coast as well as overall campaign goals. What You 27ll Bring
4-6 years’ consistent record of program management, specifically within consumer goods, gaming, or events. Experience with project management tools. Ability to manage multiple workflows, timelines and deliver projects on time in a fast paced, global environment Positivity, a critical eye, a desire for continuous improvement, and the ability to learn new things Prior experience in supporting event planning is plus. Knowledge of Magic: The Gathering, Dungeons & Dragons, and or gaming/entertainment industry a plus Additional Details

providing services to Wizards through an external staffing agency. If you are selected for this assignment, you will be employed by Eastridge as a W2 employee and will not be an employee of Wizards. Employment Type: Contingent Worker Location: WA or Remote Duration: Up to 5-6 months Compensation Range, Currency USD: Starting Pay Range: $49/hour Pay Range End: $78/hour In compliance with local law, we are disclosing the hourly pay range for this role.
