Summary
The Neuberger Berman Estate and Wealth Planning Group is a centralized planning team of certified financial planners and estate planning attorneys. We construct and deliver estate planning advice and wealth planning analyses to high-net-worth clients. Working with the firm’s wealth advisors and portfolio managers, the Senior Wealth Planner builds strong relationships with internal partners to deliver a clear, comprehensive analysis of our clients’ financial situations and reviews financial plans created by junior team members. Extensive eMoney financial planning software experience is essential.
Responsibilities
Construct and formulate client wealth planning analyses focusing on retirement cash flow, asset allocation, wealth simulation, income tax, estate, and risk management strategies using eMoney.
Lead wealth planning discussions and present recommendations in client meetings.
Support advisor teams and portfolio managers with subject‑matter expertise on personal finance.
Conduct eMoney training sessions to expand usage of the software.
Participate in NB’s wealth‑planning committee to discuss industry best practices and firm‑level processes.
Qualifications
7‑10+ years of experience working directly with clients in a financial planning capacity.
Track record of consistently meeting or exceeding key objectives.
Strong executive presence, active listening, client preparedness, and presentation skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in eMoney software.
CFP® designation required.
Compensation Details
The salary range for this role is $150,000‑$215,000. Bonus and discretionary compensation may be available, and benefits include paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance, 401(k), life insurance, and other benefits.
