Building Products Specialist - North America Business Development Manager – Commercial Concrete Contracting About Us We are representing a well established commercial concrete contractor serving the Dallas–Fort Worth area. The team specializes in structural concrete, tilt-wall, foundations, parking structures, and other large-scale commercial projects, priding themselves on quality workmanship, safety, and building lasting partnerships with general contractors across North Texas.
Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager with a proven track record in the commercial concrete construction industry. The ideal candidate will have established relationships with local general contractors and a strong understanding of the regional construction market. This person will play a key role in expanding their client base, driving new project opportunities, and representing our company’s reputation for excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain relationships with general contractors, developers, and owners in the DFW market.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities in commercial concrete construction.
Attend pre-bid meetings, networking events, and industry functions to build company visibility.
Collaborate with estimating and project management teams to prepare proposals and bids.
Track upcoming projects and maintain a strong pipeline of opportunities.
Represent the company with professionalism and integrity at all times.
Qualifications
Minimum 3–5 years of experience working with a commercial concrete contractor (required).
Established network of relationships with general contractors in the Dallas–Fort Worth area.
Strong understanding of concrete construction processes, bid procedures, and project delivery methods.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Self-motivated, organized, and results-driven.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with construction management software a plus.
