The Senior Project Manager will oversee ground-up and buildout construction projects in the municipal/government sector from start to finish. Oversee the successful management of construction projects. Provide leadership to the team with respect to project goals, objectives and client expectations. Ensure efficient coordination of project requirements. Lead the team in cooperative and synergistic efforts with other disciplines on projects. Review all reporting systems and procedures and prepare reports to clients and senior management defining progress and cost. Promote and maintain client relationships. Prepare individual packages for competitive bidding of all project work. Receive, analyze and clarify all bids. Make award recommendations. Establish and monitor project costs and schedule. Receive, review and process all vendor submittals including expediting delivery of materials and equipment. Prepare all required project status reports to inform and coordinate with client. Develop and implement site utilization plan and establish needed crew sizes. Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree preferably in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or Architecture or equivalent 7+ years project management experience or senior project management experience MUST HAVE Ground up Municipal / Government Sector Project Experience Experience with Police Stations, Court Buildings, Fire Stations, or any State/Government building Provide leadership to the project team, including Owner representatives, design professionals, subcontractors, vendors/suppliers Estimating experience is a plus Experience with Cost +, negotiated work, MS Project, and Pro-core CPM scheduling and planning Perform set-up and maintenance of all aspects of construction project management, including planning, directing meetings, writing contracts, scheduling and budgeting prior to the start of the project Manage the planning and scheduling functions to develop an overall project schedule, establish milestone dates, and develop project standards and/or regulations Participate in expediting to ensure timely delivery of shop drawings and submittals, RFI requests, materials, labor requirements, change-order pricing and related approvals Manage financial responsibility to ensure profitability on the project Responsible for project cost management, reviewing and approving invoices, change orders, budgets and billing utilizing a standard cost code system Establish and maintain the flow of information and positive working relationships with design professionals, subcontractors, customers, material suppliers and other stakeholders Prepare minutes on regular job meetings with Owner representatives, subcontractors, architects and related individuals Ensure proper and thorough project documentation Participate as requested in marketing and business development activities Work with the Project Superintendent to ensure the project is constructed and completed according to schedule, within safety and quality expectations Company & Culture
