Job Description

The base annual salary for this role is $100k - $130k. Manages the day-to-day operation of the finance office and assists the Director of Financial Management in providing financial leadership to the business. Primary responsibilities include financial analysis and financial reporting, budgeting/forecasting, audit and control, and asset and liability reconciliation. Assists with capital expenditure plans, owner relations, and owner reporting. Manage finance office operations and assist the Director of Financial Management Oversee financial analysis, reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and auditing Ensure accurate and timely financial statements and reports Maintain a strong accounting and operational control environment Manage and develop finance team members Provide financial guidance and support to other departments Stay current with relevant accounting knowledge and technology Participate in employee and community relations functions Perform other duties as assigned Working conditions: Indoor office setting. Some walking and standing with minimal lifting, pushing, pulling, and bending. Work hours: Primarily Monday through Friday. Some weekends are required at the end of the month. Qualifications

Experience in Hospitality Accounting operations preferred. Any combination of education and experience that provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities is required. Strong level of proficiency in Microsoft Office software. Ability to assemble, analyze, and understand integrated spreadsheets and complex technical information. Effective management, leadership, organizational, and communications skills. Ability to work a flexible schedule to include weekends and holidays according to operational needs.
