Responsibilities

Develop various phases of FEED/FEL estimates (Conceptual to Implementation).

Ensure the accuracy of TIC estimates.

Define and scope potential projects, and develop man‑hour estimates at the proposal phase.

Apply advanced estimating techniques and analysis within each discipline to fine‑tune the overall project estimate.

Coordinate and obtain budgetary quotations from vendors and review for project compliance.

Write estimate plans, review scope of work, develop and assemble estimate data, review estimates (discipline, management, client), and write estimate basis documents with qualifications and assumptions.

Learn and adapt to client expectations and requirements regarding project estimating.

Interact with project team members from all disciplines to ensure every design aspect is accounted for in the project TIC estimate.

Communicate effectively with project management, client representatives, and third‑party consultants as required.

Participate in estimate reviews and presentations with management, project team members, and client representatives.

Verify material pricing on a bi‑annual basis with local vendors to ensure accurate TIC estimates.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, or related field.

5–10 years of experience required in Aspen Capital and In‑Plant Cost Estimator software.

Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.

High level of attention to detail.

Ability to pass pre‑employment drug/alcohol screening.

Ability to pass background screening.

Must be authorized to work in the United States.
