Overview Citi’s Commodities division, part of the Markets division, offers a highly competitive Summer Analyst program for students graduating in Fall 2026 or Spring 2027. Interns work on desks in risk management, marketing, origination, structured products, logistics, or fundamentals, collaborating closely with salespeople or traders and gaining exposure to junior and senior professionals.
Responsibilities
Support assigned desk in executing commodity and derivative trades.
Assist with risk management analysis and reporting.
Participate in marketing and origination projects.
Contribute to structured products and logistics tasks.
Engage in fundamental market research and analysis.
Attend a comprehensive training program and leadership development sessions.

Interest and availability for the Houston office.
Programming and statistics skills strongly encouraged.
Compensation Salary range $80,000 – $115,000 + discretionary incentive and retention awards.
