What You’ll Do
Portfolio Ownership & Customer Engagement
Manage end-to-end accounts receivable for assigned customer portfolios
Serve as a key liaison between customers and internal teams to ensure smooth transactions
Champion customer satisfaction while protecting company interests
Credit & Collections Excellence
Proactively contact customers via phone and email to collect payments
Send statements, reminders, and invoices
Process credit card transactions and monitor auto-pay activity
Review and approve credit applications and limits
Release sales orders from credit hold
Dispute Resolution & Reconciliation
Investigate and resolve account discrepancies
Handle disputes with professionalism and empathy
Maintain accurate logs of all collection activities
Process Optimization
Drive continuous improvement through time management and process enhancements
Collaborate across departments to streamline Order-to-Cash workflows
What You Bring
Experience
3+ years in credit & collections or customer service with increasing responsibility
Industry Exposure
Experience in a publicly traded company with significant end-user sales
Technical Tools
Salesforce, GetPaid, Oracle, NetSuite
Languages
Spanish fluency required for 1 of 3 positions
Software Proficiency
Microsoft Office Suite, Google Sheets/Docs/Slides
Education
Bachelor\'s degree preferred (not required)

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $34.00/hr.
Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be subject to specific elections, plan, or program terms.
