Base pay range $200,000.00/yr - $250,000.00/yr
Overview We are seeking highly motivated and detail-oriented Investment Banking Associates to join our teams across Technology, Healthcare, and Industrials. The Associate will play a key role in transaction execution, client engagement, and strategic advisory across M&A, capital markets, and financial restructuring.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and support execution of M&A transactions, IPOs, debt and equity financings.
Build and review complex financial models including DCF, LBO, merger models, and public comparables.
Conduct industry and company research to support pitch materials and transaction analysis.
Prepare client presentations, offering memoranda, and internal committee materials.
Coordinate due diligence processes and liaise with clients, legal teams, and other advisors.
Mentor and manage Analysts, ensuring high-quality deliverables and professional development.
Sector-Specific Exposure
Technology : Work with high-growth SaaS, IT services, and digital platforms; focus on innovation, scalability, and recurring revenue models.
Healthcare : Advise companies in healthcare services, biotech, and medtech; navigate regulatory environments and clinical pipelines.
Industrials : Support transactions in manufacturing, logistics, and industrial services; focus on operational efficiency and strategic growth.
Qualifications
3–5 years of experience in investment banking or related financial services.
Strong technical skills in financial modeling and valuation.
Excellent communication, presentation, and project management abilities.
Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or other advanced degree preferred.
