Role Responsibilities Services

Establishes and maintains effective relationships with customers, gaining their trust and respect through diplomacy and tact; ensures customers are greeted and acknowledged, offering assistance as needed.

Aides athletes by ascertaining their needs and directing them to the golf services area that most effectively meets their needs.

Ensures each customer receives exceptional service leading to maximized sales by finding the right products, providing creative solutions, and resulting in dramatically improved performance.

Demonstrates knowledge of all vendor equipment including heads, shafts, and grips.

Supports store services sales by educating the customer on the benefits of club fittings and club repair services available.

Makes equipment and accessory recommendations tailored to the customer.

Operations

Assists in achieving the store shrinkage goal by ensuring all merchandise used for display is properly handled and accounted for at all times.

Participates in merchandise sets, replenishment and recovery processes, pricing and signing execution, to ensure that established presentation standards are met and maintained.

Increases store revenue and profitability through a proven process.

Other

Promotes company programs including ScoreCard loyalty, product warranty, private label credit card enrollment, etc.

Adheres to established policies and procedures related to safety, loss prevention and standard operating procedures; maintains confidentiality of all company information.

Maintains and participates in all recovery and cleanliness standards.

Creates an inclusive in‑store environment where everyone feels welcome, safe, and is treated with respect.

Takes an all‑hands‑on‑deck approach to support the team.

Qualifications

Golf industry experience preferred.

Golf fitting experience preferred.

Associate’s degree or technical diploma in the golf industry preferred.

Targeted Pay Range: $17.00 - $24.00. Starting rate of pay may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, location, experience and position offered. The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.
