Overview Join Sierra Pacific Industries, a fourth‑generation family‑owned lumber and millwork producer, as a Sales – Territory Manager in the Westside Los Angeles, California area. The role focuses on selling factory direct wood or clad windows and doors to residential customers.

The company operates state‑of‑the‑art sawmills, custom wood‑framed windows, fabrication, millwork, veneer, cogeneration, trucking, forestry, and other facilities. Sierra Pacific owns and sustainably manages over 2.4 million acres of timberland across California, Oregon, and Washington and operates eight biomass‑fueled power plants.

Position Overview The Territory Manager will sell windows and doors, prepare timely quotes, build and maintain a solid customer base, and identify potential customers in the Westside Los Angeles area. The position requires residency within a commutable distance to the territory.

Responsibilities

Sell factory direct wood/clad window and door products to residential customers.

Prepare and deliver timely quotes.

Build and maintain business relationships.

Create and maintain a solid customer base.

Identify potential customers and opportunities.

Understand territory construction activity.

Cold‑call and follow up with prospects.

Help customers identify their needs.

Meet or exceed customer expectations.

Qualifications

Previous sales experience; experience in construction and window sales is a plus.

Working knowledge of residential construction practices preferred.

Knowledge of window and door products is a plus.

Construction industry knowledge preferred.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Proficient computer and math skills.

Attention to detail, organized, and self‑motivated.

Must thrive in a competitive environment.

Applicant must reside in the commutable Westside Los Angeles area.

Compensation The wage for this position is

$24,000

per year plus a scaled percentage of sales volume and gross profit bonus.
