Part‑time practitioner at our Hillsboro location, working with work‑related injury patients. We offer excellent benefits, a supportive team, and opportunities for education and advancement.
Responsibilities
Provide outpatient physical therapy, primarily for acute orthopedic injuries.
Partner with employers to provide preventative recommendations: post‑job assessments, body mechanics, stretch & flex training.
Work independently, managing all patient treatment during hourly appointments.
Motivate patients to take ownership of their recovery.
Communicate with referring occupational medicine providers.
Qualifications
Current Oregon Physical Therapist license.
Excellent outpatient acute‑injury care experience.
At least two years of outpatient experience (preferred).
Experience motivating patients and fostering ownership in recovery.
Enjoy working independently in a small business environment.
Motivated to build positive relationships with referral sources inside and outside the organization.
Interested in partnering with local employers for preventative programs such as stretching and body mechanics.
Compensation Patient load and hourly pay rate determined based on individual experience and preferences. Signing bonus available.
Work Arrangements Remote: No
