Coordinate patient care plans and monitor outcomes Supervise clinical staff, including PCTs Ensure safe, compassionate dialysis delivery Build long-term relationships with patients and families Work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment Qualifications
Current RN license and CPR certification 18+ months RN experience, including 6+ months dialysis Charge RN readiness approval required ADN required; BSN preferred ICU, ER, or Med/Surg experience preferred CNN/CDN certification a plus Basic computer skills (MS Word, Outlook) Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays What We Offer

The Wage Range for the role is $46.00-$60.00 per hour. Compensation Details:
