We’re seeking an IOP Group Facilitator who prioritizes patient care and strives for clinical excellence to support our Intensive Outpatient Program(IOP Program). Location Clarity Clinic Evanston (Adolescent IOP/ PHP Program) We Seek: Must be licensed to practice in the state of Illinois with one of the following licensures:

LSW/ LPC/ LCSW/LCPC/LMFT or PsyD.

Experience in group, family, and individual therapy. Experience working with an array of populations, diagnoses, including co-occurring disorders. We Offer: We encourage you to build a flexible schedule to suit your needs with options below. Part Time (12:30- 5:30PM) or (3:30- 8:30PM) 3 days a week Part-time (12:30 – 8:30) 2 days a week Compensation:

$50-60 per hour (Fully Licensed) $$40-50/per hour (Partially Licensed)

Your Impact: Conduct patient assessments to determine the mental health needs and interventions necessary of clients entering the Intensive Outpatient Program to establish therapy treatment goals. Work directly with the patient and family, to ensure active and collaborate care from the initiation of treatment to the time of discharge. Provide individual, family, and weekly therapeutic services as assigned using evidence-based modalities and interventions. Document all necessary information in our EMR/EHR platform (Advanced MD). Collaborate with the treatment team to ensure quality client care. Evaluate progress and effectiveness of therapy interventions. Offer psychoeducation to clients and their families, providing support and resources to enhance understanding of mental health diagnosis and treatment journey.
