Build, install, diagnose, inspect, and maintain Reliable‑designed products, line‑replaceable units (LRUs), harnesses and interconnects. Perform modifications, including fabrication and installation of the Reliable Robotics automated aviation system. Perform routine and non‑routine inspections and maintenance to ensure aircraft safety and availability. Maintain records of aircraft installations, maintenance, and modifications. Represent the production organization in design reviews and partner with Responsible Engineers (REs) to evaluate designs for cost, producibility, inspectability, consistency, adequacy, accuracy, and conformance to requirements. Assure product and process quality by testing finished products and process capabilities, establishing standards, and developing manufacturing processes. Manage operational processes such as tool control, foreign object debris (FOD), electrostatic discharge (ESD), and related activities. Basic Success Criteria
Current FAA‑issued Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) Mechanics license. 3+ years of small aircraft maintenance experience. Maintenance experience with turbine‑engine aircraft. Preferred Success Criteria
Ability to work in a self‑directed manner in a fast‑paced environment. General fabrication and modification experience. Cessna 208B Grand Caravan experience. Working knowledge of Fixed Base Operator (FBO), 14 CFR Part 43 and Part 145. Experience fabricating and modifying wire harnesses and pinning aerospace connectors. Private or commercial pilot ratings. Maintenance and rigging experience on P&W PT6A engines/airframes. This role is headquartered in San Martin, California. Must be willing to travel 25% of the time. Estimated salary range is $86,000 to $156,500 / annual salary plus cash and stock option awards and benefits. In addition to base compensation, Reliable Robotics offers stock options, employee medical, 401(k) contribution, great co‑workers, and a casual work environment.
