$70,000.00/yr - $85,000.00/yr What You’ll Be Doing
Take the lead on medical malpractice cases from intake through trial and appeal. Organize and manage large volumes of documents and medical records like a pro. Draft pleadings, discovery, and trial materials for federal and state courts and arbitration. Keep track of deadlines and research court rules across jurisdictions. Ensure legal and factual cite‑checking is spot‑on and Bluebook compliant. Coordinate document production and discovery responses. Support trial prep and attend trial when needed. Who You Are
You have a Bachelor’s degree (paralegal certificate is a plus). You bring 3+ years of complex litigation experience, including trial work. Medical malpractice experience is a must. You’re a whiz with Bluebook citations and trial prep. Your organization, communication, and analytical skills are top‑notch.
