Provide expert guidance in employee relations matters to ensure fair and consistent application of policies and procedures throughout the organization.
Support managers in navigating complex performance management cases, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution scenarios with empathy and professionalism.
Collaborate with leaders to advance diversity, equity, and inclusion efforts across all departments within the company.
Work alongside finance and executive leadership to align compensation structures, benefits offerings, and recognition programs with market trends and business priorities.
Lead or support change management initiatives during periods of organizational transformation or restructuring to ensure smooth transitions for employees.
Ensure compliance with U.S. federal and state labor laws while effectively managing HR operations in unionized environments as needed.
Conduct workforce analytics by preparing detailed HR reports that inform leadership decision-making processes.
Collaborate cross-functionally with other departments to deliver a seamless employee experience from onboarding through ongoing development.

Bilingual English and Spanish
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field is required for this position.
Three to five years of progressive experience in human resources roles such as HR Generalist or HR Business Partner is highly desirable.
Experience working within manufacturing, industrial or unionized environments is strongly preferred due to the nature of the business operations.
Comprehensive knowledge of U.S. labor law along with best practices in employee relations is essential for success in this role.
Demonstrated ability to interpret HR metrics using strong analytical skills that provide actionable insights for leadership teams.
Authorization to work in the United States is mandatory for consideration for this opportunity.
