The Senior TLL role is integral to delivering the Marketing Vision for the RBD Portfolio and future line extensions/NMEs. The Senior TLL will garner insights from customers to shape strategy and execution, develop advocacy with Therapeutic Area Experts (TAEs), and connect TAEs with decision makers across Genentech to support RBD objectives. Qualified candidates should have expertise in bleeding disorders or classical hematology or the ability to learn quickly. Strong candidates will be able to inspire and influence, show leadership and collaboration, be strategic, and thrive in a cross-functional matrixed organization. Key Roles & Responsibilities

Establish and foster effective partnerships with National and Regional Thought Leader HCPs, and occasionally with specialty pharmacy personnel Develop advocacy among National and Regional TAEs to further advance RBD and brand priorities Understand, integrate, and synthesize insights across customers, competitors, patient advocacy groups to shape strategic planning and customer impact Coordinate and communicate with internal stakeholders to ensure a cohesive and compliant understanding of TA strategy, priorities, and needs Ensure TAEs are educated on up-to-date data and messages for our brands and markets, and correct misperceptions Partner with medical team on TAE engagement, especially at conferences Compliantly manage fee-for-service activities pertaining to TAE activities Partner with cross-functional teams in local geographic areas to gather customer insights and develop strategic plans for key customers Influence customer perception and advocacy for current and future products Participate on core Marketing and TLL sub-teams such as advisory board planning/execution, insights, congresses, speaker training for HCPs and patient conferences Work autonomously to make decisions aligned with product value proposition and customer positioning Be fully knowledgeable of and compliant with all relevant company policies, procedures, laws and regulations Travel required (as applicable) Location and Travel

This is a field-based position. Ideal candidate can live in Texas, Louisiana, Arkansas, Oklahoma, Missouri, Illinois, Colorado, Utah, Oregon, Washington, or California; proximity to a major airport is preferred due to travel. Relocation benefits are not provided. Approximate travel: 50-60%+ overnight travel (including weekends). Qualifications

Demonstrates Proficiency within Key Competencies: Customer Understanding Competitive Value Creation Strategy Development Execution Readiness Delivery & Optimization Across Channels Measurement & Iteration Knowledge/Skills

Extensive experience building relationships and advocacy with National and Regional Hemophilia A TAEs; other therapeutic areas considered Ability to educate and challenge TAEs Ability to articulate business problems and identify solutions Experience interpreting and applying market, customer, product or competitor data for decision making Proficient in creating presentations, using spreadsheets, and hosting virtual meetings Experience managing cross-functional projects with internal stakeholders and vendors Enterprise mindset and ability to influence across the organization Adaptability to a cross-functional matrix environment and agile mindset Who You Are

Bachelor’s Degree Minimum 5 years cross-functional life sciences industry experience Additional Qualifications

Graduate degree Experience influencing customers in a Thought Leader Liaison or Account Manager role Bleeding disorders or classical hematology experience preferred but not required Experience shaping marketing strategies and plans Knowledge of commercial issues in a competitive therapeutic area Proven track record of achieving goals Experience building and executing action plans and programs Compensation and Benefits

Salary range: $209,900.00 – $389,900.00 depending on location and qualifications. Actual pay determined by experience and other factors. This position is eligible for incentive compensation and benefits described by the company. EEO
