Job Summary
We're seeking a Field Applications Engineer in the Washington, DC area to join a rapidly growing ODM in the interconnect industry. The Field Applications Engineer is a subject-matter expert, developing relationships with customer stakeholders for data center power solutions, and providing in-depth support, solution design guidance, and product implementation troubleshooting.

Salary: $85,000 - $110,000 per year
Work hours: 8am to 5pm

Responsibilities
Subject-matter expert for data center power solutions
Solves technical issues through analysis and replication
Modifies 3D CAD drawings
Works with internal and external cross-functional teams to report technical issues and drive business objectives
Job Requirements
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline.
3+ years of experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in a technical or sales environment.
Understanding of High-Power architecture and components for datacenter, networking, storage, and computer technologies.
Proficiency in SolidWorks or CREO is preferred for design and documentation.
Familiarity with the IT infrastructure Industry, CSPs, and ODMs is a plus.
