Position Overview The Center Store Manager ensures that our customers’ needs are met and exceeded through effective day‑to‑day management of the operations and merchandising functions for the Center Store Department. The role oversees product and condition optimization to maximize sales, profits, and customer satisfaction, including back‑room, steel/shelving, inventory, schematics, and pricing. The manager provides leadership to promote a culture reflecting Lucky’s mission statement and winning behaviors, trains and develops associates, and manages department performance and productivity to optimize store performance.

Eligibility & Requirements Hiring pay range: $31.21 - $34.65
Education: Two‑year college degree (or equivalent knowledge)
Experience: Completion of Assistant Center Store Manager rotation – or two years equivalent management experience – or current Bakery, Meat, or Produce Department Manager role
Other: Must be available to work required retail hours; must be forklift certified
Physical: Requires standing and other physical movements on a frequent basis, lifting up to 40 lbs. without assistance
