Brand Ambassador - Events and Activations
Flowers Communications Group is looking for energetic, outgoing, and reliable Brand Ambassadors to represent exciting brands at events, large-scale activations, and on-premise engagements across the state. As a Brand Ambassador, you’ll be the face of the brand, creating memorable experiences for consumers at activations, events, local promotions, and on-premise venues (such as bars, restaurants, and retail locations).
Key Responsibilities
Represent the brand positively at events, small and large-scale activations, and on-premise locations promotions.
Engage with consumers to drive brand awareness and product engagement.
Assist with event setup, breakdown, and maintaining brand standards throughout the event.
Educate consumers about the brand’s product(s) and key messaging.
Capture event data through photos, videos, and reporting tools.
Distribute promotional materials and samples when applicable.
Act as a knowledgeable, enthusiastic, and professional face of the brand.
Travel to various event locations as assigned (statewide travel required).
Requirements
Prior experience in brand ambassador, promotions, event staffing, or hospitality roles preferred.
Outgoing, energetic, and approachable personality.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to lift up to 25 lbs. (setup/takedown of event materials).
Must be at least 21 years old for events.
Reliable transportation and willingness to travel throughout the state.
Availability on evenings, weekends, and some weekdays depending on event schedule.
Professional appearance and punctuality are a must.
Preferred Qualifications
Bilingual skills (a plus depending on event markets).
Experience working at large events and/or on-premise activations.
Knowledge of experiential marketing or brand activation principles.
Compensation
Hourly pay.
Travel per diem.
Branded apparel and event training provided.
