Private Capital Practice
The Private Equity team in North America supports private equity investors throughout the deal lifecycle—from opportunity identification to due diligence and post‑transaction value realization. We take a multi‑specialist approach, bringing teams with deep industry and functional expertise, proprietary methods, and a world‑class network to achieve differentiated results for our clients.
Responsibilities
Leverage industry‑specific knowledge to provide private equity clients with strategic insight, operational support, and transaction execution expertise.
Participate in opportunities identification, due diligence, and post‑transaction value creation across a range of sectors including FinTech, InsurTech, Communications, Media, Technology, Education, Industrials, Aviation/Aerospace, Government & Defense, and Healthcare.
Conduct commercial and operational due diligence, customer research, and data analysis to surface critical insights.
Develop and deliver presentations, reports, and recommendations to clients and internal stakeholders.
Collaborate closely with cross‑functional teams to integrate solutions and ensure client satisfaction.
Qualifications
Undergraduate or advanced degree from a strong academic program.
1–3 years of pre‑or post‑transaction experience in private equity, management consulting, or a related field.
Experience in commercial and operational due diligence.
Knowledge of customer research techniques (interviews, surveys, focus groups).
Strong analytical and strategic problem‑solving skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
Proactive self‑starter with a creative mindset and ability to thrive in a fast‑moving environment.

Compensation
Base salary range: $110,000–$120,000, plus performance‑based bonus. Additional benefits include health and welfare benefits, tuition assistance, 401(k) savings, and employee assistance programs.
